Shipping FAQ

Q: Where do you ship to?

 A: We ship to all lower 48 states! (Sorry, Alaska & Hawaii – maybe someday)

 

Q: How much does it cost to ship?

 A: Shipping is FREE if you spend over $49!

If you’re under $49, we charge a flat fee of just $5.95.

 

Q: How long will it take to get my pets goods?

A: Shipping times can range between 0 (same-day) and 4 days depending on where you live. All Utah orders will arrive within 0 to 2 days if placed before 7:00 PM!

 

Q: Do you ship all items?

A: We will deliver all of our available items to Salt Lake County. Unfortunately, due to rising shipping cost, we don't ship dry (kibble) or canned food outside of Utah. 

 

Q: Do you ship frozen goods?

A: YES! As long as you live within Salt Lake County. Unfortunately, we do not ship frozen goods outside of this area at this time.

NOTE: We deliver between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Please make sure you are home during these hours to accept frozen deliveries and avoid thawing. We are not responsible for food left out overnight.

Our delivery team will always knock or ring the door bell. We will also send an email notifying you of the delivery. 

 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Pet food (excluding treats & chews) will be fully refunded if returned within 30 days of purchase AND have over 50% product remaining. Food returns can be made up to four (4) times per year.

Non-food items (including treats & chews) will be fully refunded if returned within 60 days of purchase AND are in new condition with all original packaging.

All return shipping costs must be paid for by the customer.
